Return Material Authorization (RMA)
For all faulty items, an authorized RMA number is needed, kindly fill in the following form and submit it accordingly. Once the RMA number has been provided, please send the faulty equipment(s) to us at No. 25, Tannery Lane, #02-25, S347786.

(All charges will be bore by customer, including the cost of transportation, delivery and all taxes. In addition, all out of warranty equipment(s) will be provided with a quotation for the repair cost, where applicable)
IMPORTANT: A fee of US$200.00 per unit will be chargeable if there are no defects found and returned to us by Principle.
